Are you ready to transform your life, make empowering decisions, and rediscover your confidence and self-worth? Let’s have a conversation about the changes you want to create, so you can become the person you truly deserve to be.

There’s no shame in asking for help it’s a sign of strength and self-awareness. Just as we upgrade our phones, cars, or homes, we often forget the importance of upgrading our minds. We hold on to outdated beliefs, traumas, and emotions that no longer serve us. I’m here to help you release what’s holding you back and reignite that inner spark.

Change isn’t always easy, and sometimes there are tears—but where tears flow, healing begins. You don’t need to spend years in therapy to find peace. Too many people carry unnecessary burdens like trauma, anxiety, or a lack of confidence, unaware that freedom is within reach. These emotional and physical weights can affect every part of your life, from your thoughts to your actions, creating negative beliefs and habits. Together, we can break these patterns.

The methods I use—breathwork, meditation, hypnotherapy, and more—are ones I believe in because they’ve transformed my own life. I know firsthand the power of these therapies and the impact they can have.

As a therapist trained in several modalities, I bring both experience and empathy to my practice. I’ve walked many challenging paths myself, and this has driven me to help others. Using a combination of breathwork, meditation and a hybrid therapy called RTT (consisting in root-cause hypnotherapy, CBT, NLP, and psychotherapy). I provide a holistic approach tailored to you. 

Whether science-based or spiritually guided, our sessions will go straight to the heart of the issue, helping you achieve the lasting, life-changing results you deserve.

In addition to my therapy work, I also facilitate women's circles—safe, nurturing spaces where women gather to share, heal, and grow together. These circles are an incredible way to connect with other women on their journeys, fostering community, empowerment, and support.

When you understand how your mind works, changing behaviours, beliefs, or habits becomes much easier. The issues holding you back today are signals that change is needed. As the saying goes, “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.”

If you continually suppress your feelings and emotions, they will manifest in ways that harm you—even though your mind thinks it’s protecting you. By bringing awareness and understanding to your challenges, you can take control of your mind, rather than letting it control you.

Through deep transformational therapy, I’ll help you reconnect with who you truly are. 

Society, family, and friends can shape us into who we think we should be, but often that leads us away from our authentic selves. Together, we’ll uncover your true essence, helping you live a life of purpose, health, and happiness. The answers are already within you—sometimes you just need guidance to find them.

Supporting one another is at the core of my practice, whether through individual sessions or within the women's circles I lead. I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate your path to healing, empowerment, and self-discovery.

I offer sessions online via Zoom, so you can receive support from the comfort of your home, no matter where you are in the world. If preferred, in-person sessions can also be arranged.
