RTT gets to the root cause of the issue. It is a hybrid therapy using root cause hypnosis to understand the subconscious belief that you formed earlier in your life but is no longer useful to you and is more comprehensive than standard hypnotherapy. It combines Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, alongside hypnotherapy. RTT enables the mind to tell the body what to do, what to focus on, and what to heal using powerful techniques, one called Cell Command Therapy. People love RTT because it meets the needs of our fast and demanding lives. It finds the problem and delivers the fix quickly. With RTT you are not in therapy for months and years just talking about the problems, but getting to them.

There is a misconception, arising from stage shows that makes some people nervous about hypnosis. You will be in control at all times. You cannot be made to do things you do not want to do or talk about. You will be in a deep state of relaxation, calm and in control at all times! No I cannot make your dance like a monkey, run around like a chicken or quacking like a duck - unless that's what you want?!

The majority of therapists will agree that you should only be actively using one mode of therapy at a time. I would tend to agree with this. 

RTT intends to move you quickly from the presenting issue and focuses on what the future will look like for you. 

If RTT has already addressed and sealed the wound why go back and try to re-open the wound?

Depending upon the issue, you will normally need between 1 and 3 sessions. Many issues are resolved in just 1 session.

More complex issues can require more sessions and support.
