That's something I genuinely believe and it's at the heart of everything I do.
I didn't come to this work through a textbook. I came through three decades in and around healthcare from care homes to holistic practice, to the NHS. I've sat with patients. I've supported colleagues running on empty. I've watched what stress, disconnection and burnout quietly does to people over time.
Alongside my NHS work, I ran a holistic practice. And it was there watching people start to open up on a treatment table that I realised the real healing wasn't happening on the surface. The conversations people had when they felt safe enough to relax, that's what led me to therapy. The pampering was surface level. What people needed went much deeper.
I've felt it myself too. That's what led me here. Not theory, but lived experience.
What I know to be true
The body is phenomenal. When we understand it and realise how much we can influence through the power of our breath, our thoughts, and our actions, everything starts to shift.
I'm qualified in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) an evidence-informed approach combining hypnotherapy, CBT, NLP, and psychotherapy to get to the root of what's holding someone back. I'm also trained in HeartMath® (neurocardiology-based stress and resilience coaching), SOMABreath® (therapeutic breathwork), and mindfulness-based practices.
Everything I do is trauma-informed and nervous system aware. We work at your pace, with your boundaries, always.
